Mindful Coaching@Work

We offer a Mindful Coaching Program to manage stress and promote better relationships while improving performance and well being in the work place.

In the late 1990s, happiness and thriving became the new focus in Positive Psychology. Then came Mindfulness as a way to be more aware and intentional. Mindful Coaching@Work integrating those two approaches for a powerful model of optimal human functioning. A new way is born to coach those who want to be more peaceful, intuitive, enthusiastic, compassionate, healthier, happier in order to accomplish and to be more engaged with life.

Mindful coaching aims to develop awareness, attention & intention.  We become aware in a non-judgmental way, paying attention in the here and now,  standing back, having more perspectives, being calmer, so we can choose intentionally, more wisely, a viable course of action.

Mindful Coaching@Work offers evidence-based approaches such as Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. 

We will listen to you, make an assessment and then present strategies to meet your specific needs and circumstances. Together, we will explore practical and effective ways to resolve your challenges and to reach your goals. The aim is to help you to build emotional resources to enable you to gain greater resilience, calm and well-being in the work place. The overall objective is to optimize your strengths, while promoting, awareness, ability to pay attention, positive emotions and connections with others, to create a fulfilling life.
